It is a well-known fact that Mahesh Babu is currently working for his upcoming film under the direction of Murugadoss. Rakul Preet Singh is playing the female lead in this movie. The title of the film is yet to be announced, and each and every update about the movie is making the fans excited.
Sources reported that a chase sequence of the movie will be going to shoot in Vietnam. Are you thinking what’s interesting about it? Well, the interesting thing is they are shooting that sequence with the budget of incredible Rs. 3 crores. Allegedly, it is most expensive chase sequence ever in Indian Cinema.
Based on the report, Mahesh with the movie unit has already completed 80% of the movie shooting and the team will leave for Vietnam to shoot a major action scene.
However, the film critics are saying that using Rs. 3 crore just for one chase sequence is really too much. It seems like the scene will be in Hollywood level like Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol’s sandstorm chase scene or the one shot in Madagascar for Daniel Craig’s Casino Royale.
The existing record of the most expensive chase sequence in Indian Cinema was by Varun Dhawan and John Abraham in Dishoom. The chase involved a chopper, speedboats and cars which used a budget of nearly Rs. 3 crores. The action episodes of this movie will be never scened before in any Indian movie. Local experienced stunt men were taken to shoot the scenes. The team will be returning to India in the second week of April to shoot the rest of the scenes. The title is supposed to be released on this Wednesday.
