The Madhya Pradesh Postal Circle has released the notification for the Postman and Mail Guard posts. Candidates who are interested in Postal Circle have applied and attended the written examination conducted on 26th June 2016 and waiting for the MP Postal Circle Result 2016.

The written test is conducted at various pre-allotted exam centers across the Madhya Pradesh. The Madhya Pradesh Postal Circle is one among the 22 postal circles in the country. The Department of Posts is generally referred to as Post Office within India. The postal service is under the Department of posts which is a part of Government of India.

The circle manages the day-to-day functioning of various head post offices, sub-post offices and branch post offices. The Madhya Pradesh Postal circle has released the notification and invited the online applications to fill the 774 postman and 14 mail guard posts with a total of 788 vacancies.

For all the eligible candidates, the MP Postal circle recruitment officials have conducted the written examination in the month of June 2016 and also released the answer key. MP Police Starts a Campaign of ‘Selfie with Police’

The police of Madhya Pradesh’s Hoshangabad district have asked women to take selfies with the police in charge and post them as their profile pictures on the social networking sites. This new campaign was implemented as a preventive step to reduce the online stalkers.

For this campaign, the Madhya Pradesh police have received a tremendous response from the school and college going girls. More than 500 women have reportedly taken selfies with the police as a part of a campaign called “TI Mera Bhai Hai”, here TI means Thana Incharge.

Officials said that this initiative step was launched after several cases of online stalking were reported in Hoshangabad. A large number of complaints that are filed were about sending obscene photographs and text messages online.

It is also reported that one stalker even threatened to upload girl’s picture and phone number on pornographic websites.

“WhatsApp stalking is emerging as a major problem these days. While thinking on how to resolve the issue, the idea of selfie with TI came to my mind. When the TI was sent to schools and colleges to meet girls and explain to them this idea, we got an overwhelming response,” said AP Singh, Hoshangabad superintendent of police.

“A DP of a selfie with a policewala in uniform is enough to scare a stalker. But if he still presses on, we have our `traditional’ ways to solve the problem,”

The campaign was involved school and college going girls to take a selfie with the local police in-charge and put them as display pictures and status message as “TI Mera Bhai Hai” (TI is my brother). It hoped that it would be the backdrop of emerging problem of Whatsapp stalking.

The District Superintendent reported that the campaign had received a tremendous response from girls in colleges and schools.

France-based Indian artist Sayed Haider Raza passed away on Saturday. 94-year-old S H Raza left his last breath in Delhi after a prolonged illness. Whole artistic fraternity across the world is in shock. Raza is suffering from old age syndrome and was in Intensive Care Unit for a couple of months.

Raza made his mark among international painters with his innovative use of colour and oil paints. His works speak more than words where it leads to a great philosophy. Being famous for his modern style, he explored circle and dots in many ways. In fact, he is the first one to introduce zero to the canvas.

Indian government honoured Raza with Padma Shri in 1981, Padma Bhushan in 2007, Padma Vibhushan in 2013. His significant work ‘Saurashtra’ was noted as one of the most expensive Craft ship, which was sold for Rs.16.42 crore at christie’s closeout.

Raza was born in 1922 to a middle-class family to Sayed Mohammad Razi and Tahira Begum in Babaria, Mandla area, Madhya Pradesh. Artist spent initial years at Mandla and started learning drawing at the age of 12. He completed his schooling in government high school Damoh. Later, he pursued his further at Nagpur school of Art, and Nagpur followed by Sir J.J school of Art, Bombay.

The legendary artist then moved to the institution of École Nationale supérieure des Beaux-Arts, France in 1950 with the sponsorship provided by the French government. He travelled around Europe and settled in Paris where he lived for six decades. He returned to India in 2010 after his semi-retirement.
