LG X Power Launched in India with 4100 mAh Battery and 4G Support, Check Specs, Features and Price

LG has launched their latest smartphone X Power from the ‘X series’ in India. The phone comes in 5.3-inch HD In-cell Touch display. It is equipped with 1.3GHz quad-core MT6735M processor. This handset supports for the 4G VoLTE and pre-installed and runs on Android Marshmallow 6.0.

The phone is loaded with 4100mAh Non-removable Li-Ion battery and supports PE+ fast charging. This allows the phone to get a charge in just 1.8 hours. The phone is about 7.9mm thick and weighs about 139 grams.

The Primary camera on LG X Power comes with 13-megapixel with the LED Flash.  It has f/2.2 aperture, and video recording support is also available on this phone. It supports 1080p recording at 30fps.  Front facing cam is with 5-megapixel with the f/2.4 aperture to capture the beautiful selfies.

LG X Power sported with 2 GB of RAM and the internal storage 16 GB. It can be expandable using the microSD card. The phone have Dual SIM slots with the 4G network support. The best feature in this smartphone is, you can charge other smartphones by using the USB OTG. The other connectivity features are Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1 and GPS.

Battery life has always been one of the main factors for all Smartphone users. Battery draining is common to all. To keep away the draining of battery to the users, LG company is about to launch LG X Power. This is backed up with an unbelievable massive battery with 4,100 mAh.

LG X Power will strike the market with $150 in the coming week. As announced back in June this comes with 5.3-inch Full HD (1080p) Display. RAM of 2GB, an 8-megapixel rear Camera, 5 MP front camera, 16 GB Storage, expandable microSD card slot, it runs with Android 6.0 Marshmallow (not Nougat).

It is powered by Quad-core 1.3GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. However, if the users want to get the handset from Boost and Sprint Mobile equipped with 1.8GHz Octa- core MediaTek Helio P10 processor. Helio also has power-saving mode enabling to extend battery life.

LG X Power Specifications and Price Revealed

The most interesting part about LG X Power is its massive battery with 4,100 mAh. This smartphone is only the one which comes in mid-range to the users with more battery life. LG X Power’s battery lasts for two days or can provide 33 hours of talk time.

LG X Power is now available from Cricket Wireless and US Cellular. The MediaTek equipped version is also available from Boost Mobile. Sprint is expected to sell handset from next week.

The attracted features which are gone missing are: instead of Android 7.0 Nougat the device runs with Andriod 6.0 Marshmallow, and this not present with Fingerprint sensor. By considering the Battery life and Price, these can be ignored.

The LG X Power goes on sale today at prepaid carrier Boost Mobile, and arrives at Sprint next week.

But one thing remains still in dark. That’s the availability of the model outside UK. Coming back to the available details of the unlocked model LG X Power Price is approximately GBP 199.98 (around INR 18,000).

Corning Gorilla Glass 3 is provided for protection from scratches. This model is powered with 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735 processor supported by 2 GB RAM speed. The smart gadget runs on Android Marshmallow 6.0 operating system along with LG UX 5.0 on top.

A 16GB Internal memory along with 32GB expandable facility via microSD card is facilitated for data storage. Front camera has 8Mp and Rear Camera has 16MP resolutions for photography and videography. Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, 3G and 4G LTE along with other standard features are offered as connectivity options. A quick chargeable 2.0 is also provided for charging the 4100 mAh battery.
