Lenovo Yoga 720 and Yoga 520 Laptops Introduced at MWC 2017

Lenovo has announced two new Yoga convertible laptops- Yoga 720 and Yoga 520 at MWC 2017. The Lenovo Yoga 720 laptop is available in 13-inch and 15-inch display variants. While the Lenovo Yoga 520 laptop comes with a 14-inch display. This new laptop range from Lenovo can be used in four model-laptop, tablet, tent, and stand. The Laptop Duo is thinner and lighter than those predecessors Yoga 710 and Yoga 510.

Both variants of Lenovo Yoga 720 are powered by Intel Core i7 processor and run Windows 10. The 15-inch display variant in Yoga 720 comes with Thunderbolt 3 for high-speed data transfers and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 discrete graphics. The Laptop packs 16GB of RAM with up to 512GB of SSD or 1TB of HDD storage. Lenovo Yoga 720 comes in Full HD (1920×1080) and 4K (3840×2160) display options. Besides that, it does feature JBL speakers along with Dolby Audio Premium.

The 13-inch display variant in Yoga 720 packs almost the same specs of its elder twin. The laptop comes with Full HD (1920×1080) and 4K (3840×2160) display options. The device gets JBL speakers along with Dolby Audio Premium as well.

Lenovo Yoga 520 comes with Full HD display and does sports NVIDIA GTX 940MX. The device measures 330 x 235 x 19.9mm and weighs around 1.75 kg. The Lenovo Yoga 720 and Yoga 520 convertibles offer optional active pen support for note-taking, editing and sketching on Windows Ink.

The 13-inch Lenovo Yoga 720 will be available starting €999 (Rs 70560 approx.) from April 2017. 15-inch Yoga 720 will be available for €1099 (Rs 77569 approx.) starting this April. 14-inch Yoga 520 will be available from in July 2017 at €599 (Rs 42256 approx.)

Lenovo introduces the new device for its Miix line of devices at MWC 2017. Miix 320 portable convertible laptop is a 2-in-1 Windows 10 laptop which is an update to the previously launched Miix 310. This is an affordable device costs only $199.99 which is impressive for 2-in-1 device.

Miix 320 specification consists of Intel Atom x5 processor and this device sports 4GB of RAM and up to 128GB of storage. It features a 10.1-inch FHD touch-screen display with 1920 x 1200 full HD resolution, as well as Dolby Advance Audio, 5MP rear camera and 2MP front facing camera.

The keyboard weighs only 550g and is 17.5mm thin. Miix 320 is powered by Intel HD graphics. This device runs on Windows 10, the tablet comes with Window Continuum feature which lets you switch between laptop and tablet modes. It has 10 hours of battery life. Other connectivity options in the Miix 320 include 802.11ac wifi with optional LTE and there are two USB ports on the keyboard dock.

Lenovo Miix 320 2-in-1 comes in Snow White and Platinum Silver variants available from April for $199.99 USD (with keyboard and without LTE). The device with Active pen support and Microsoft Office 365 will be available in July 2017. Lenovo Vibe K5 Note Launched with 4GB RAM, 64GB Storage Priced at Rs. 13,499

Lenovo launched its Vibe K5 Note smartphone in the month of August last year in India at a starting price of Rs. 11,999. It packed with 3GB and 4GB of RAM variants with 32GB ROM. Now the company launched the Lenovo Vibe K5 Note 4GB RAM with 64GB internal storage variant.

The company launched its successor K6 Note a couple of months back in the country. Last month, Lenovo unveiled 4GB RAM Variant of K6 Power handset at a price of Rs. 10,999 after launching the 3GB RAM version. The newly unveiled Lenovo Vibe K5 Note 4GB Variant with 64GB internal storage version will made available to purchase from online retailer Flipkart.

As far as the Lenovo Vibe K5 Note Specifications, it sports 5.5-inch FHD Display with a screen resolution of 1920×1080 pixels. Under the hood, the smartphone powered by 1.8GHz Octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 processor and coupled with 4GB of RAM. For the internal storage, device boosted up with 64GB which can further expandable up to 128GB via microSD card slot.

In the photography department, the Lenovo Vibe K5 Note equipped with a 13-megapixel rear camera with PDAF, dual-tone LED flash and f/2.2 aperture. The front shooter bears 8-megapixel for video calling and selfies along with 77.4-degree wide-angle lens. It also sports Dolby ATOMS and the fingerprint sensor.

Lenovo Vibe K5 Note runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow and comes with a support of hybrid dual-sim type. It power packed with 3500mAh battery capacity. The connectivity options include are 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11.ac, Bluetooth 4.1 and much more.

The company made the Lenovo Vibe K5 Note 4GB RAM with 64GB ROM variant in colour options namely, Grey and Gold. The Lenovo Vibe K5 Note Price of 64GB variant commenced at Rs. 13,499, but now this version comes with a discounted price of Rs. 12,499 on Flipkart from 21st February 2017.

Whenever we see the new convertibles launching these days, they are running Microsoft’s Windows 10 OS, but this latest Yoga A12 from Lenovo’s family comes with the new trend of a new convertible constructed of features and magnesium running on the Android operating system.

Yoga A12 consists of Intel Atom x5 processor, which is quite not good at any performance contests but with the better batter life (13 hours on a single charge). The battery capacity is 10500mAH.

Yoga A12 features touch-based Halo keyboard like Yoga book, but you won’t find earlier model’s pen input or Windows 10 option. But there is still a portable design that can fold into a slate. It shows the display of 12.2-inch which is priced at $299.
