Suzuki Access 125 Special Edition 2016 is a step to boost the sales of the vehicle in the 125cc segment. The vehicle is tagged with an attractive price of Rs.55,589 (Ex-show room price, Delhi) for the basic model. The special edition does not come with any additional mechanisms or advancements.

The updated Suzuki Access 125 Special Edition 2016 was first revealed at the Auto Expo 2016.  The company expectations did not meet with the actual sales of this model. To overcome such situation, Suzuki India is planning with the release of Special Edition with some of the changes in look and colour combinations.

Suzuki to Launch Limited SP Edition of Gixxer and Gixxer SF Models

Managing Director of Suzuki Motorcycle India, Mr. Satoshi Uchida has announced the same while launching the Access Special Edition. The 125cc scooter now comes with Maroon colour seat and tan-brown colour footboard. Side view mirrors are chrome finished with round shape. A Special edition badges are stickered.

All other technical and mechanism features remain same. Air-cooled 124cc with single cylinder engine producing a maximum torque of 10.2Nm at 8.58bhp is continued for the Special edition too. Other features like telescopic forks, optional breaking systems of dual drum brakes and a front disc brake, chrome finishing around the headlamp unit, aluminum covered by a Chrome cover for the silencer.

Self-start, one-press lock system, Analog digital instrument cluster, mobile charging point and storage capacity under the seat prevails as it is. 64 KMPL is a bit challenging factor for its competitors in the segment.

The top end of the Special edition model with Disc brakes is available for Rs.58,900 (ex-show room price, Delhi). Hope this will make a change in the present situation of sales of the company. The Japanese motorcycle manufacturer has first introduced Access 125 model in the year 2007 on September 18th.
