Supreme Court passed a Verdict on NEET Eligibility. No more upper age limit to appear for the exams. Students of above 25 years also can appear for the exam. NEET also extended their last date up to April 5th 2017.

This year 23 new cities are added in the NEET examination centers. Now total 103 cities are given as centers for the student’s convenience. According to the records upto now 12 lakhs students has registered for the exam. They also have extended the last date up to April 5th, so still count may increase.

NEET full form is National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test. It is central entrance exam conducted to give admissions in the courses in the medical courses like MBBS and BDS. Central govt has taken the decision to conduct the entrance test nationwide for Medical courses admissions. No statewide entrance exam is applicable for the admissions.

As per the rules, they are conducting the exam on May 7th, 2017. Now students above 25 years also can apply for the exam. For them, the date is extended upto April 5th, so candidates must hurry up to fill your applications.

Activist d Anand Sai said our nation have the shortage of doctors. Fixed Eligibility Criteria is a barrier for the students from the rural areas, and it is a discouragement to the medical aspirants. Now Supreme Court have made some changes to encourage more students.
