Nandyala MLA Bhuma Nagi Reddy had expired today. After getting a cardiac arrest, Nagi Reddy was admitted to the hospital early morning today. He was declared dead by the hospital after not responding to the treatment.
Recently he joined Telugu Desam Party and supported Chandra Babu Naidu leadership. His wife and Ex-MLA Shobha Nagireddy had expired three years ago after meeting with an accident during 2014 elections.
Bhuma Nagi Reddy was one of the top politicians of Kurnool district. He started his political career with TDP later on Joined Chiranjeevi’s Praja Rajyam Party.
His daughter Akhila Priya had joined politics after the demise of Shobha Nagi Reddy. She is now representing Allagadda Assembly constituency.
On Saturday Morning Bhuma had met AP CM Babu and discussed the political strategies for the ongoing MLC elections.
According to sources, Bhuma Nagi Reddy was about to inducted as a minister of Chandra babu’s cabinet. The sudden demise of the Kurnool leader was a big shock to TDP. Rituals to Bhuma Nagireddy will be performed tomorrow evening at Allagadda
AP CM Chandra Babu Naidu,Telangana CM KCR, YSRCP chief YS Jagan, AP assembly speaker Kodela had paid condolences to Bhuma. AP Assembly was given holiday, and the budget session was postponed to Wednesday.
