On the 17th Kargil Vijay Diwas, not just the leaders but the entire nation paid tribute to the Indian Army Soldiers who sacrificed their lives in the 1999 War against Pakistan. Remembering the heroes, the Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh on Twitter said, “I salute the supreme sacrifice & exemplary courage of our soldiers who laid down their lives in Kargil war. They are our nation’s true heroes.”
