On the eve of New Year 2017, the leading automobile manufacturer Honda has come up with two special editions of its newly introduced Honda Navi. The Honda Navi Chrome and Adventure Editions had announced by the company on New Year day and soon the two exclusive models will be coming to exclusive showrooms.

In 2016 beginning, Honda wished us a ‘ Happy Navi year, ‘ and now it became most loved bike in India. Honda Navi was different, elegant and stylish. In fact, this year at the Car and Bike Awards 2017, the jury had to take a big decision and introduce a new category called ‘Mini Bike’ which saw the Navi take top honors. Not only this, Honda Navi won the Design of the Year Award and the Two-Wheler of the Year at NDTV Awards 2017.

At that event, Honda promised that the company is looking to introduce new models and the announcement will be on New Year’s Day. Finally, the Japanese Motor company announced two special editions on New Year day, and we don’t know much about the editions.

Honda Navi Adventure Edition has already seen at Auto Expo 2016, and all loved it. It has an outdoorsy feel and the windscreen, headlamp protectors, hand guards and a couple of storage compartments make it quite impressive.

On the flipside, Honda Navi Chrome Edition is all about bling, and it stands true to its name. Currently, a crossover between a motorcycle and scooter Honda Navi has a huge demand in the motor bike market. The peculiar styling, peppy powertrain, and an affordable price tag have helped the Honda Navi more attractive, and bike lovers showed interest to but this bike. This mini bike has designed and developed by HMSI technology which makes it even more incredible.

There has been a lot of customizations included in the new version right from decals, storage boxes, Wheel highlights, custom paint jobs and much more offered by Honda. Coming to the engine specifications, it is same as Activa’s 110cc which produces eight bhp at 7,000 rpm and 9nm at 5,500 rpm. But, Honda Navi’s weight is 7 kg less when compared to Activa. So, this is one advantage, if you could call it that on an 8bhp engine.

However, Honda Navi with its wide handlebars, upright carriage and telescopic front fork, it looks elegant with an offered mileage of 60kmpl. Let’s wait and see how these Honda Navi special editions will receive by the customers.
