The much-awaited sedan, Honda Accord Hybrid is now available for booking. This car will be launching in India on October 25, 2016. Apart from this, The Company is now also made the booking available for the Honda Accord Hybrid across their dealers who are in PAN India.

This Honda Accord has arrived in India in the year 2008 for the first time. Later they were discontinued for almost five years. The main reason behind this drop out is due to the lack of the sales with their massive prices. The current generation running for the Honda Accord is 9th Generation.

Honda Reveals New Hatchback Civic 2017

This is the only Hybrid model for Honda in India. This model comes with the re-designed bumpers, added by the chrome-laced grille, lean stance, and sharp-looking head-lamps with a LED strip. The car comes with the infotainment system with the 7 inches huge Touch screen, reverse parking camera, Apple CarPlay support and contains six airbags. These are the expected provisions to arrive in this new Accord Hybrid car.

This brand new Honda Accord Hybrid is powered by a 2.0-litre iVTEC engine along with twin electric motors. These will be linked to an E-CVT unit and a 1.3 kW Lithium-ion battery. This petrol engine generates 141 bhp, and the car’s combined power output stands roughly at 196 bhp with the maximum torque of over 300 Nm. This should be noted that Honda will also launch the petrol version of the Accord in India.

The expected price of this new Honda Accord Hybrid is about 28 Lakhs, and this is going to be the best competitor for the Toyota Camry Hybrid in India. As per the sources, these Japanese car-makers are expected to launch their new car Jazz SUV/Crossover by the end of the year. The latest version of Honda Jazz is spotted in Sao Paulo, Brazil in the last month during its testing phase.
