HCL Company is offering new employment opportunities to the high school students. The company is planning to hire class 12 students as their employees and gives the training to become the software engineer.

Students who completed their 12th standard with the science background are eligible for these recruitments, but the catch is they should have more than 85% marks in their academics. Hindustan Computers Limited is offering 1.8 lakh package for these XII applicants, and they will also offer the opportunity to do B.Sc degree while doing the job.

The placements are conducted on the job role of software development. After selecting students company gives training for one year in their campus, after completing training students will enter into the professional work.

HCL Technologies said the one year duration of industrial training would be very helpful for the students, in this competitive world there are less opportunities for the students to prove themselves. But now HCL technologies is giving that opportunity.
