Search engine giant Google has developed Family Link, a new application for parents to monitor their children’s mobile activity. Despite that fact that the smartphone or tablet provides knowledge, there is an evil side of it too. Chances are there for display of explicit content or manage e-commerce badly. There are few cases in the recent past where children fell into a trap and get bullied. Google Family Link app helps to get control over your children activities on smartphones.

“You can stay in the loop as your kid explores on their Android device. Family Link lets you create a Google Account for your kid that’s like your account, while also helping you set certain digital ground rules that work for your family — like managing the apps your kid can use, keeping an eye on screen time, and setting a bedtime on your kid’s device,“ says, Google family link description.

Now, create an account through the app which is now available through an early access program. Then, request an invite from your kid’s phone. Above all, your kid needs to be less than 13 years old.

Here’s how to get started with Google Family Link app:

Step 1: Google Family Link App has to be downloaded on parent’s Android smartphone

Step 2: Create Google Account in the name of the children on a new smartphone via Family Link.

However, the app is strictly restricted to users in the US as of now. There is no info about how Google is going to charge the users.
