He is the man behind the best and stylish looks of the Royal Enfield motorbikes such as Continental GT and the Himalayan series. He came into Royal Enfield company in November 2014, and it’s been just 20 months that he had joined. The Iconic automobile designer had the experience of working with large enterprises like Ducati and Volkswagen. He played the key role in designing the bikes HyperMotard, X132 Hellcat Speedster and Ducati Multistrada.He also worked with MV Augusta, Cagiva, Piaggio, Moto Guzzi.

He started his career with Volkswagen, and he is the main mind behind the interior designing of cars like the Golf and Polo.Pierre became famous for his work on the Ducati 999 which was launched in July 2002. He closely worked with legendary Italian motorcycle designer Massimo Tamburni.
To increase the annual manufacturing capacity to 900,000 units, Royal Enfield is spending 600 crores of Indian Rupees in a new manufacturing plant, product development and new R&D facilities. The first stage of the project will be completed by September 2017.
Its a major setback for Royal Enfield company to lose one of the respected motorcycle designers in the world.We have to look further how it might effect their sales indirectly in the coming future.
