Ahead of Vanquish S Coupe debut at the 2016 Los Angeles Auto Show, Aston Martin is back with another gorgeous model. The company launched Aston Martin Vanquish S Volante the convertible version of Vanquish S Coupe.

Like Coupe, the Aston Martin Vanquish S Volante Features include some new aerodynamic elements, a different quad-trip for the exhaust system and uprated suspension. It has same design language as similar to its drop version Vanquish S Coupe. The company claims that its ultimate supercar offers excellent performance and truly unforgettable driving experience.

Mechanically, the power of Vanquish S Volante comes from a 6.0-litre V-12 engine that tuned to deliver 580 horsepower. It paired with an updated 8-speed automated manual transmission. As the company claims, transmission revised specifically for Vanquish S Volante to offer quick shifts and refinement at low speeds.

The company has not yet revealed any 0-100kmph figures. But the Vanquish S Coupe reaches that speed in just about 3.5seconds; we hope that would be similar. On the exterior front, the body constructed of aluminium and carbon fibre. It twisted to make more than 600bhp for European market unlike 580bhp that rest of markets will get.

The maximum torque is 630 NM (465 lb-ft) at 5500 rpm. Aston Martin Vanquish S Volante cloaked in a suit of carbon and styled with it. The new aerodynamics focused design features include 2×2 twill front splitter and rear diffuser. It improves the high-speed stability and more rugged exterior styling.

On the interior front, the inside cabin Vanquish S Volante delights with Filograph quilt design options. In addition to this, it sports Bang & Olufsen audio and AMi III Infotainment system with new satellite navigation. The cabin is a mix of sportiness and elegance. The company embedded 20” 10-spoke Gloss Black Cast alloy wheels and tyres.

The weight of the car stated as 1739 kilograms while distribution figures stand at 51 percent front and 49 percent rear. The Vanquish S Volante Price tag is yet to announce. As per the reports, it is expected that the S Volante will go on sale in showrooms in the month of April.
