Airtel has introduced the unlimited calls and 3G/ 4G data on recharge with Rs 299 for its subscribers. It was rolled out as the Reliance Jio has announced its Jio New Year offer of extending its promotional offer till 31st March 2017. In a bid to counter Reliance Jio, the Airtel has come up with this new Dhamaka Offer.

As a counter attack on Reliance Jio, several telecom networks are redesigning their existing tariff plans or introducing new Talktime and data offers to attract their subscribers. In this process, the Bharti Airtel announced the new plan of Rs 299 which offers:

  • Unlimited calls to any network including both STD and local calls
  • 1GB of 3G/ 4G data
  • Valid for 28 days

The company doesn’t keep any time restrictions, unlike Reliance Jio which kept 30 minutes call limit after completing the limit the call will automatically be disconnected. So this will be a benefit for the Airtel customers to continue their talking without any interruption.

Along with this unlimited calls, Bharti Airtel has also provided the 1GB of 3G or 4G data as a part of Dhamaka Offer which is also valid for 28 days. Here are the ways to get the offer:

  • Recharge from MyAirtel app by entering the number and selecting the offer.
  • Visit nearby stores and recharge with Rs 299 and before that you need to check whether that offer is valid for your number or not.
Besides of its benefits, the company has kept limitations for this Dhamaka offer
  • It is valid for only prepaid customers.
