ZTE Brand Nubia N2 Launched in India with 5000mAh Battery

ZTE brand Nubia has launched the Nubia N2 selfie-focused smartphone in India on Wednesday. The Nubia N2 sports a 16-megapixel front facing camera which stands as a highlight feature. The smartphone was launched alongside the Nubia M2 and Nubia M2 Lite back in March. The smartphone will be made available exclusively on Amazon India from 12 pm IST on Wednesday. The device will be touted in Champagne Gold and Black Gold color variants. Nubia N2 price in India starts at Rs. 15,999.

Discussing the specs, Nubia N2 features a 5.5-inch HD AMOLED display with 720×1280 pixels resolution at a density of 267ppi. The display comes with 2.5D Curved Glass on top and On-Cell lamination. It is powered by an octa-core MediaTek MT6750 SoC coupled with 4GB of LPDDR3 RAM. The dual SIM smartphone runs Nubia UI 4.0 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.

The Nubia N2 offers 64GB of inbuilt storage that’s expandable via microSD card (up to 128GB). On camera font, Nubia N2 smartphone gets a 13-megapixel primary camera with dual-LED flash, Sony IMX258 sensor an f/2.2 aperture, and PDAF. On the front, it flaunts a 16-megapixel Samsung 3P3ST sensor with an f/2.0 aperture and an 80-degree wide-angle lens.

Connectivity options on Nubia N2 include dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.0, 4G VoLTE, 3.5mm audio jack, GPS/ A-GPS, and USB Type-C port. A 5000mAh non-removable battery backs the device.

With proprietary Neo Power technology, and 5000mAh battery, this device lasts 3 days on a single charge,” says, Eric Hu, Country Head, Nubia India.

ZTE Nubia Z17 mini to be Unveiled in China on March 21

ZTE’s new smartphone is all set to launch on March 21 at an event in China. As per the sources, the event is likely to take place at Shekou district near Shenzhen, China. The manufacture poster of the new ZTE Nubia Z17 mini reads ‘see more beautiful.’ The teaser hints that the device will comes equip with a dual rear camera setup.

Discussing the specs, Nubia Z17 mini features a 5.2-inch Full HD 2.5D display with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. The device is available in 2 variants- one is 4GB RAM variant with Octa Core Snapdragon 652 processor. Another is 6GB RAM variant with Octa Core Snapdragon 653 processor. Both the variants packs an Adreno 510 GPU for graphic duties.

The smartphones get 64 GB internal memory and is expandable up to 200 GB with microSD card. Nubia Z17 mini runs Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) with Nubia UI 4.0 on top. The device comes with a Hybrid slot with dual nano SIMs which one of them doubles up as microSD slot. The handset gets a fingerprint sensor in the physical home button on the front panel.

Nubia Z17 mini packs 13MP dual rear cameras with Sony IMX258 sensor. Other camera options include f/2.2 aperture, dual-tone LED flash. Another 16 MP front facing camera is assigned for camera duties. Connectivity option in the device includes dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.1, USB Type-C and GPS + GLONASS.

The device is backed by a 3000mAh battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 support. As of now, ZTE Nubia Z17 mini will be rolled out in China first for price of 1,899 yuan (Rs. 18,155 approx.)

Samsung Galaxy Xcover 4: Specifications, Price and Release Date

Korean company Samsung has announced the Galaxy Xcover 4, a rugged smartphone meant for rugged outdoor use. It is the successor of Galaxy Xcover 3 which was introduced back in 2015. Xcover 4 will be released in April, priced at 259 Euros (Rs 18,200 approx.).

Samsung has been unveiling many non-flagship mid-range smartphones this year such as 2017 Galaxy A series. Samsung’s Galaxy Xcover can withstand drops, water, dust and extreme temperature.

Galaxy XCover 4 is guaranteed by the IP68 and MIL-STD 810G certifications. This smartphone features a 4.99-inch display, 720p, LCD panel and Xcover 4 runs on company’s own Exynos 7570 SoC. It mated with 2GB of RAM and 16GB internal memory, expandable with microSD.

Samsung Galaxy Xcover 4 specifications include Android 7.0 (Nougat) operating system, and it packs a 13MP rear camera with LED flash, f/1.9 aperture, and 5MP front-facing camera. Lenovo Yoga 720 and Yoga 520 Laptops Introduced at MWC 2017

Lenovo has announced two new Yoga convertible laptops- Yoga 720 and Yoga 520 at MWC 2017. The Lenovo Yoga 720 laptop is available in 13-inch and 15-inch display variants. While the Lenovo Yoga 520 laptop comes with a 14-inch display. This new laptop range from Lenovo can be used in four model-laptop, tablet, tent, and stand. The Laptop Duo is thinner and lighter than those predecessors Yoga 710 and Yoga 510.

Both variants of Lenovo Yoga 720 are powered by Intel Core i7 processor and run Windows 10. The 15-inch display variant in Yoga 720 comes with Thunderbolt 3 for high-speed data transfers and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 discrete graphics. The Laptop packs 16GB of RAM with up to 512GB of SSD or 1TB of HDD storage. Lenovo Yoga 720 comes in Full HD (1920×1080) and 4K (3840×2160) display options. Besides that, it does feature JBL speakers along with Dolby Audio Premium.

The 13-inch display variant in Yoga 720 packs almost the same specs of its elder twin. The laptop comes with Full HD (1920×1080) and 4K (3840×2160) display options. The device gets JBL speakers along with Dolby Audio Premium as well.

Lenovo Yoga 520 comes with Full HD display and does sports NVIDIA GTX 940MX. The device measures 330 x 235 x 19.9mm and weighs around 1.75 kg. The Lenovo Yoga 720 and Yoga 520 convertibles offer optional active pen support for note-taking, editing and sketching on Windows Ink.
