Triumph Bonneville Bobber Launched in India at Price of ₹ 9.09 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi)

Triumph has added the latest addition to its range of motorcycles in India. New Triumph Bonneville Bobber launched in India at price of ₹ 9.09 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). This new motorcycle from Triumph fits between Bonneville T120 and the Thruxton R. Triumph inspired from the design of the Bobber motorcycles back in the 1940s and replicated the same in its latest Bonneville Bobber.

With stripped back design, Low single seat pan, flat and wide handlebar and the ‘hardtail’ look with a concealed rear mono shock gives the authentic ‘bobber’ look. A 1200 cc liquid cooled parallel twin engine drives power to the bike. The engine is mated to a six-speed gearbox and the torque-assist clutch. New Triumph Bonneville Bobber gets a completely modern electronics suite which includes two rider modes (Road and Rain), ride-by-wire, switchable traction control and standard anti-lock brakes (ABS).

The Bonneville Bobber isn’t a lightweight bike with a weight of 228 kg. But the new chassis and suspension deliver a dynamic, confident and comfortable ride. Though Bonneville Bobber is a factory custom, it does provide space for further customizations as per your choice. Triumph India is expecting that the new Bonneville Bobber will take on the Harley-Davidson’s 1200 Custom and the Roadster.

Porsche 718 series Launched in India: Pricing Starts at Rs 81.63 Lakh

German luxury sports car maker Porsche has unveiled two of its mid-engine models in India on Wednesday. The 718 Boxster and 718 Cayman launched at Rs 85.53 lakh and Rs 81.63 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi) respectively. The latest Porsche 718 series is creating uniqueness with mid-engine models from its high-end 911 model. Porsche dealers in India have already rolled out the deliveries and are also taking orders for the new Porsche 718 series.

“The re-launched Cayman and Boxster are the sportiest of all time. It is remarkable how Porsche engineers have evolved the 718 concept to produce such outstanding increases in power and torque from the newly designed four-cylinder engine while managing substantial improvements in efficiency,” said, Pavan Shetty, Director Porsche India.

Porsche 718 Boxster price in India is a bit on the higher end when compared to its twin 718 Cayman. It is powered by a 2 liter, 4-cylinder turbocharged engine which is quite downsizing for the Porsche range. Earlier generation equips a 3.4-litre, six cylinder engine. Taking more about Porsche 718 Boxster features, the 2-litre engine produces 298 bhp and 380Nm of torque. Porsche claims that the engine has the ability to deal 0 to 100 kmph in just 4.7 seconds.

Porsche 718 Cayman features the same engine, and both cars pack a seven-speed automatic PDK gearbox. The changes haven’t limited to engine side, and both 718 Boxster and Cayman comes with a retuned chassis. You also observe side air-intakes and wider front beside the side skirts for improved aerodynamic performance.

Unlike the previous generation, Porsche provides a whole bunch of standard equipment. Porsche 718 Boxster and Porsche 718 Cayman offer a bunch of equipment like Porsche 918-inspired sports steering wheel and sports seats. Both cars in Porsche 718 series get bi-xenon headlamps with integrated four-point LED daytime running lights and ceramic brakes. Porsche Communication Management system is equipped in the 718 Boxster with an eight-speaker music system.

Toyota Unveils 2017 Camry Hybrid Rolled Out with New Features and Design Updates

Toyota has launched the updated 2017 Camry Hybrid sedan in India. The premium offering from Toyota costs Rs 31.98 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) and comes with minor cosmetic changes. Besides that, the car maker has also re-launched the fourth-generation Prius in India with a price tag of Rs 38.96 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The launch of both these models happens the cumulative global hybrid vehicle sales of Toyota crossing the 10 million mark.

Toyota Camry powered by advanced and eco- friendly Hybrid Synergy Drive technology is the first and only strong hybrid luxury car made in India. Launched back in 2013, the car made reasonable sales in Indian market with over 95 per cent hybrid version. The sedan continues to get power from 5 litre, 4-cylinder petrol engine which is paired with an electric motor. The engine churns out a maximum power of 202 bhp, and the electronically controlled CVT unit handles the transmission duties.

Samsung latest flagship offering Galaxy C9 Pro is out for pre-orders in India. This new beast claims the first Samsung to have 6GB of RAM. Indian Customers can now book Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro preorders on Samsung India official website. The company also provides the offline sales as well as pre-booking across the Samsung retails chain in India. This pre-booking lasts until Sunday and Samsung are offering one-time screen replacement in a period of 12 months.

Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro price in India is Rs 36900, and the company is providing EMI for HDFC customers. The smartphone was launched in China at first back in October.

Samsung states that the shipment starts from 24 February 2017.
