The American-owned Multinational Computer Technology Company, Dell is known for its wide range of Laptops and other products. In adding to its laptops edition, the company announced Dell XPS 13 2-in-1 at CES 2017.

Dell’s recent XPS devices are surely one of the best laptops you can get right now. Upto now, the company released many laptops with affordable prices, but they didn’t introduce any 2-in-1 laptops. And finally, the company unveiled Dell XPS 13 2-in-1 laptop launched at an event.

This Dell XPS 13 2-in-1 device can use in four different modes namely

The XPS 13 Convertible embedded with InfinityEdge bezel display that sports just 5.2mm bezel around the 13.3-inch screen. It comes in UltraSharp QHD and with a screen resolution of 3200×1800 and full HD options. The convertible XPS 13 2-in-1 Ultrabook rotates 360 degrees which make user utilise it as a tablet.

Dell XPS 13 2-in-1 is powered by 7th Generation Intel Core i5-7Y54 processor (upto 3.2GHz) or an Intel Core i7-7Y75 (upto 3.6GHz). Both of them sports built-in Intel HD Graphics. The XPS 13 2-in-1 Ultrabook comes with 4GB of 1866MHz LPDDR3, and there are also 8GB and 16GB configurations as well.

The base model ships with 128GB SATA SSD along with 256GB, 512GB and 1TB PCIe options which are available. As the company claimed Dell XPS 13 2-in-1 devices included with 46WHr battery capacity. The company promises 15hours of charging with full HD display for productivity applications and 9hours for Netflix streaming.

The South Korean multinational conglomerate company, Samsung is known for its branded smartphones, Appliances, Laptops and other goods. In the Laptops section, the company has announced its new and updated edition Samsung Notebook 9. These laptops announced in the month of January at CES tradeshow.

Now the company has updated the Notebook 9 Series with some additional features. These Windows 10 laptops are available for sale which start at $999 (approx Rs 67,000 and all go way up to $1499 (approx 100,500). The Notebook 9 Series offer top most features, the newest Intel processor and two display sizes, i.e., 13.3 inch and 15 inch.

Specifications of  Samsung Notebook 9

Both the Samsung Notebook 9 13.3 inch and 15 inch models feature an ultra-slim bezel and near edge-to-edge display. The 15inch Samsung Notebook 9 NP900X3L-K06US sports full HD (1920×1080 pixels) display and 6th generation ‘Skylake’ Intel Core i5 SoC.  It can configure upto Intel i7 processor. The memory option is powered by 4 or 8GB of RAM and with a storage option of 128/ 256GB SSD.

It sports a built-in fingerprint sensor as well as supports Windows Hello which enables secure sign in with a single touch. So that users can log into the Windows 10 laptops without any entering the password.

New Launch in India: HP Spectre x360 and HP Envy 13 Laptops

The Samsung Notebook 9 15inch laptop embedded with a USB Type-C port, two USB 3.0 ports, mini Ethernet, microSD, an HDMI port, microSD and HP/mic. The 15inch Samsung Notebook 9 powered with a battery life of 12 hours. The company claimed that the Quick charging feature enables the user to full charge in just 20 minutes.

The 13.3inch Samsung Notebook 9 also comes with the similar internal specifications as that of 15inch model. In addition both the models offer a 360-degree rotating dual-hinge display, light design and ultra-thin.

The connectivity options of Samsung Notebook 9 of both the models include 1.5W X 2 Speakers, 802.11 ac 2X2, 720p camera, Bluetooth 4.1 and Internal Dual Array Digital Mic. The Price of the Notebook 9 Series may vary as per the specifications.

Apple launches 13-inch MacBook Pro Without Touch Bar at $1499: Check Specs, features and more

Apple has recently released three MacBook Pro variants during the Apple event held on Thursday. Out of three, the 13-inch and 15-inch MacBook Pro models with Touch Bar and Touch ID having more spotlight. There is lower-end 13-inch MacBook Pro model without having the Touch Bar and Touch ID.

This 13-inch MacBook Pro model comes with the LED-backlit display with 227 PPI, 500 nits brightness. This display has the resolution of 2560×1600 pixels.

These both models have same Force Touch trackpad, Stereo speakers, and backlit keys. But this has only two Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) ports for power. It also helps in connectivity options for VGA, Ethernet and more with the extensions and adapters. The latest MacBook Pro is the thinker and lighter version than the previous generation 13-inch MacBook Pro.

When compared with the previous models, Apple definitely killed few technologies it was using. Some of them are mentioned here. You gonna really hurt, there is no MagSafe in the new MacBook Pro. There are no HDMI, SD cards support, and more in this model. You cannot get the MacBook without Retina displays further. There is no Optical Drives.

This latest low-end Apple MacBook Pro 13-inch is available in Space Gray and Silver color variants.

Intel Core i5 processor with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of flash storage model is starting from $1499. Another model with Intel Core i7 processor with 16GB of RAM and 516GB/1TB of flash storage priced about $1799.

Lenovo has new launched wide range of laptops in Ideapad series, Yoga convertibles a Gaming Laptop and MIIX 310 2-in-1 tablet in India. During the launch event held on Monday, the company has unveiled these products in India.

Rajesh Thadani, Head and Executive Director, Consumer, Online and E-commerce, Lenovo India says “Lenovo believes in listening to its consumers to create products that address evolving consumer tastes, and at times also leading them to new form factors.”

Here is the complete list of products of Lenovo unveiled during launch. Ideapad 510s and Ideapad 710S, Ideapad Y700, Ideapad 310 and Ideapad 510, Yoga 710 and Yoga 510, MIIX 310 2-in-1 tablet.

Lenovo Ideapad 310 and Ideapad 510

Lenovo Ideapad 310 and Ideapad 510 are the budget laptops, and these are designed by considering the multimedia in mind. Both the laptops comes with the Full HD display, 7th Gen Intel Core CPU’s and NVIDIA graphic cards.

 The users can experience the best performance and gaming on these devices. The audio segment in 310 is with Dolby Audio Premium, and 510 comes with Harman Audio speakers. Asus Unveils its New Zenbook UX410 Laptop

Asus to launch a new addition to its laptops range, with its new Asus Zenbook UX410 . It is expected to be a size of a laptop with 13.3 inches or smaller. With slimline design, the Asus Zenbook UX410 sports display of 6 mm bezels on the left and right sides which are a bit thicker than Dell’s XPS 13 laptop.

Asus Zenbook UX410 has a webcam above the display unlike Dell’s XPS 13 which has it below. This will be a major one because Dell’s light and thin laptops are found to be excellent in many ways. One odd thing is that user’s knuckles will be shown up when you type while using the webcam for video chat or web conferencing. There is also few other problem apart from the camera angle.

Spotted by Notebook Italia for the first, Asus Zenbook UX410 web page found work in progress. The specs sheet for the one model doesn’t have weight or the dimension of the laptop. However, the information is inconsistent, as some pics show a laptop with thicker bezels. Company’s description reads the notebook has a 13.3-inch screen.

Coming to the specs, the notebook will be available in Core i3, Core i5, and Core i7 kaby Lake Processor variants. The gadgets may roll out with RAM up to 8GB and a solid state storage of 512GB or 1 TB. 14-inch display with 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution is also expected to take place in the device.
